September 12th Program
Quick and Easy Table Runners
This program will be taught using the width of fabric.  I understand that not everyone has a table that requires a 40” long table runner.  Once the presentation is complete you may cut your fabric according to the size needed for your table.  The program is intended to be done at the meeting and not ahead of time. Therefore NO written direction will be provided on the blog.  You will simply need to bring the following to the meeting next month and have the fun of learning together.
Supply List:
1) Sewing machine if you desire to actually sew your table runner that evening.  You may want to team together with other ladies so that only one lady bring her machine and either allows you to sew on her machine or will sew the seams for you.  If you are a hand sewer, bring needle and thread, you can quickly sew this together.  A pressing station will be available.
2) Measurement of the width and length of your table.
3) 1/2 yard of 45” (18”x WOF) material for the outer and back of your table runner.
4) 1/3 yard of 45” (12”x WOF) material for the center of your table runner.

NOTE:  You can purchase holiday fabric, or use any fabric that you might have on hand.  Some of you may want to piece together left over blocks to create your (12”x WOF) piece.  The sky is the limit in using your creative.  Just show up with the 2 required pieces of fabric and learn how to put this quick and easy table runner together.

This is the pattern we used for program.. The fabric size is is 12" & 18' for the above pattern
