 Dear Mrs. Wingo,
I am Jonathan Cardon, a scout of Troop 592 and on his way towards obtaining the Eagle Scout award. My Grandmother is Ann Cardon. For my Eagle Project, I am leading and correlating a food drive, and would appreciate if the Farmersville Quilt Guild can donate non-refrigerated canned and boxed goods in your June meeting, Tuesday June 12th. All collected good will be donated to the Princeton Food Bank, where the donated goods will be used to help struggling families in the community. I can pick up any available donated goods on your upcoming Tuesday meeting if it is convenient. I am enclosing a small flyer to email to your guild members.
I appreciate your time and help with this project.
