At the TAQG meeting on May 30 we made a decision about the Rally Day Thursday and Friday workshops (July 6 & 7). Since the workshops have not filled we are offering a discount if someone takes both. The first workshop is regular price ($55) and the second is $40. This is a 27.25% discount on the second class. The kit fees are not discounted and may be paid directly to Cynthia in class. If anyone has already signed up for one workshop they can sign up for the other one at $40.00. Also, if anyone has already signed up for both workshops at full price please have them contact Sherry Worley, Katrina Lindley or Belva Gibson. Please make your guild members aware of this offer. We really do need to fill as many of these workshop spaces as possible. This is the first time classes have ever been discounted by TAQG and we do not expect to do so in the future. Thanks for your help,SherryAny questions please contact Elizabeth or Kathy

Guild Members,
As the new year begins for the Farmersville Quilt Guild the Executive Board looks forward to working with each of you this year. We are excited to let you know that we were able to secure the dates for our next retreat, November 3 – 5, 2017 at Quiltagious Quarters in Celeste. We had so much fun the last time, we hope you will be joining us for a few days of fun and sewing! The attached will give you a bit more information as well as provide you with a registration form.
Some asked to arrive Friday morning which is possible for an additional fee (see the form).
To make it easy and convenient, you may pay your registration fee in 3 payments or in full at the time of registration (see the form). All registration forms and payments must be completed and returned to the Treasurer no later than September 12th guild meeting.
If you wish to serve on the retreat committee please contact me.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or any member of the Executive Board.
Thank you,
Kathy Wingo
Treasurer
