2011 Oct Our First Raffle Quilt Debuts

The guild raffle quilt is finished and looks beautiful. Marsha is the raffle quilt chairman and is busy handing out tickets for sale to members. The quilt made it's debut at Old Time Saturday in Farmersville. This is the second year that we have participated with a booth. Jackie was the chairman and her hard work really paid off. There was plenty to see and do at the booth with quilts hanging and three hand crank sewing machines to sew on. Members took turns manning the booth. There were many people that came to ask questions about the sewing machines and sign up for guild information. It was so much fun to meet people of all ages and from so many different places.
