2011 Dec Farmersville Quilt Guild Christmas Party

The annual guild Christmas party was incredible. Donna, the chairman, and her committee did an fantastic job. The food was delicious.  Not only do we have great quilters but, we have great cooks too. Emails have been coming all month with recipe requests. Jackie did a marvelous job on decorations. Each table was set just right for holiday cheer. The program was an ornament exchange with a twist. This is were the fun began! When you chose an ornament there was the possibility that the next in line would steal it away!  Next time you see Karen ask her how many times she lost an ornament. There was also a drawing for gifts. Each person had a number on a pinecone set at her place. The number corresponded with a wrapped gift. Everyone went home well fed and happy. What a wonderful way to start the holiday season.
